Our client here is a landscape designer, do-it-yourselfer, hardware expert and amateur chef with a tiny house on a gorgeous woodsy lot in Woodinville. She needed space for her projects and plants, as well as room for her own retreat and entertaining spaces. We made a fairly simple move, extending the house to the south, taking advantage of great light and access to the outdoors, but it results in big changes for the owner. Her new home boasts a garden room, a master suite, a beautiful big porch, and a professional kitchen with top end appliances and soapstone counters.
