The conversion of a 1968 apartment building into condominiums will transform this unassuming 14 unit mid-rise into a contemporary residence in one of Seattle's hippest urban neighborhoods. The project's scope involves replacing unit balconies with a more generous, open design to accentuate the phenomenal downtown, lake and mountain views. Existing windows will be enlarged and replaced with energy efficient, operable glazing; while exterior siding materials will be replaced to capitalize on the building's existing forms. Kitchens, bathrooms, and interior hallways will also be updated and reconfigured to provide an updated open and inviting feel.
