Net Zero Energy Community 2007

PLACE Architects provided conceptual and schematic designs as part of a competition for a proposed new Net Zero Energy community in Washington State. The project sought to raise the bar for developer communities through its energy achievements and stand as a demonstration project for regional, national and even international audiences while blending into the local context of an urban village and illustrating that conscientiously designed, energy efficient neighborhoods can be friendly and accessible.
