Following the sucessful tenant improvement for Care Medical Associates, PLACE was hired by the Property Manager to remodel the lobby and common areas of the entire office building, Washington Park. What had been a dark and dated interior has been brightened by new furniture, artwork and significantly updated finishes, all of which were chosen for their durability and timeless beauty.
