This budget conscious remodel in Ballard turned a one story with attic into a modest and very charming two story house.By adding a new stair, lifting the roof just a couple of feet and remodeling the interior of the attic, we were able to create a master suite and add a study and extra bedroom--increasing the overall usable square footage without adding bulk to the footprint.
