Our client, an engineer, amateur winemaker, motorcyclist and pilot purchased this 1900s farmhouse with the intention of carefully restoring it over time. A community landmark for over a hundred years, our client was drawn to the rustic charm of the building, its breathtaking views of Mt Saint Helens and the open acreage he saw as potential for raising grapes and a small herd of cattle. Instead of being discouraged when a fire destroyed much of the building, he saw it as the opportunity he needed to get the remodel started.
