A comprehensive tenant improvement project for a group of family practice health-care professionals seeking a highly functional, yet cozy and familial space for their patients. The program included doctors' offices, laboratory, x-ray and testing facilities as well as exam and waiting rooms. The space planning was crucial to provide a sense of comfort, security and privacy to patients without sacrificing the efficiency and functionality crucial to a busy doctor's office.
