Renovations at Paramount House and Brittany Park

Following the successful renovations at Southridge House and Yardley Arms, the King County Housing Authority selected PLACE Architects to manage similar renovations at Paramount House and Brittany Park. Recently complete, the scope of work included renovations to electrical/mechanical, wayfinding, life-safety systems, site work, interiors and general aesthetic upgrades to bring these two low-income buildings up to code and make them safer and more comfortable for residents.
