The Boulders, 2008

This project involved the near complete transformation of a collection of aging apartment buildings into a fresh, modern condo community offered at a moderate price point in a rapidly developing section of Redmond. Set in beautiful natural surroundings, with stunning Cascade views, the Developer was interested in creating a new community with a western mountain town aesthetic.
