1700 sf penthouse buildout

This was a fun one. Not that they all aren't - but it was. Two highly artistic, top-of-the technology world clients decided after much searching that they wanted to live downtown. They chose a 1700 sf northeast-facing penthouse with views of Elliott Bay and the underside of the Space Needle! The atmosphere is funky, a little bit Jetsons thanks to the Needle, and altogether stunning, thanks to the view.
