master planning of a new neighborhood 2007

PLACE Architects master-planned a five acre site which is presently in the process of being annexed to Renton, and which is adjacent to the Vantage Glen campus, an existing manufactured home park for low income seniors.

Beginning with a preliminary site assessment which included locating both steep slopes and on-site wetlands, PLACE produced feasibility studies which outlined three initial concepts for the site; these were analyzed and compared for density and detail.
