Issaquah Garden Room completed 2007

Our clients came to us with the goal of creating a safe and exciting place where their three growing boys would want to hang out and invite their many friends over for barbecues, zip lining, parties and pool instead of going elsewhere.

Scope involved the addition of a gabled guest cottage, lightfilled game room and media center, and a spacious new raised patio, all connected to create a flowing indoor-outdoor space--complete with barbecue area and slate-topped buffet, garden waterfall and fire pit.
