Southridge House & Yardley Arms

PLACE was hired by the King County Housing Authority to upgrade interiors, electrical and mechanical, ADA and life-safety systems in two of their low income, senior apartment buildings. Working closely with KCHA, residents, local building officials and our team of skilled consultants, PLACE brought these crucial systems up to date while improving the general aesthetic of the buildings - the goal being to diminish the look and feel of "government housing" while creating an improved sense of comfort, security and community among the residents.
