Studio Collective at Interbay

Currently under construction is 6500sf of real estate in Seattle's Interbay neighborhood. A collection of aging, eclectic structures are being adapted to develop a collaborative, live/work artists' community.

Situated in a commercial/industrial district, detailed land use research and feasibility analyses were done to ensure that all regulations have been met for the construction of such a unique, mixed-use urban program.
