renovations + new construction, 2008

PLACE Architects is currently working with the King County Housing Authority on major renovations at Green River Homes, a 60 unit, low-income development in Auburn. Comprehensive upgrades will involve more energy efficient electrical and mechanical systems, glazing and insulation, while new landscaping, exterior lighting, richly colored cladding materials and site signage will give each unit a sense of identity and dramatically improve the look and feel of the development.
