Historic District Townhouses 2008

PLACE was hired by a private developer to design four units of high quality attached housing on a site fronting a popular green zoned for lowrise development in the Historic District of Columbia City. Some of the few remaining single family houses in the area are identified as historically significant, though the structure currently occupying the site is not.
